Tahitian and Baroque pearl pendants on a gold fill rolo chain. By far one of my favorite chains, along with a curb.
Tahitian pearls are stunning-they have a very thick nacre, are lustrous, and come in a range of metallics. This is a silver Tahitian, a favorite around here. I buy these once per year from my pearl guy at the Tucson Gem Show.
Baroque flame pearls come in a variety of flame-like irregular shapes. These have a very high luster and are quite large.
Gold fill is NOT the same as gold plated-this gold chain is 5% by weight and bonded to the base metal. This also means that even gold fill chains are increasing in price rapidly due to the current price of gold. :/
