This two panel huipil is from Las Sanjuaneras collective in the mountains of Oaxaca.
100% naturally dyed with nanche in two tones as well as natural and indigo detailing. Such a unique piece!. This huipil takes over a month to make.
The weave on these pieces is finer and more like a light-medium gauze, making it perfect for scorcher days. Depending on the light may be slightly sheer.
These are very fine pieces and unique from other huipiles in their gauzy weave and two panel design. The measurements appear very wide but these hang beautifully due their weight.
